He holds an MSc in Public Health Nutrition and has coached clients at the UK’s largest private healthcare provider. Ian has been part of the IOPT team since 2020—initially leading fitness classes, then stepping into the role of in-house nutritionist from 2022, and now serving as Head Coach. He specialises in turning evidence-based guidance into practical, sustainable routines.
