Welcome to Inside Out

With full efforts in training sessions, commitment to your transformation plan and a positive mental attitude, you will achieve your health and fitness targets and live a healthier, happier life!

The Inside Out Coaches and Community are here to support you on your journey to better health. Make sure you have been added to the:

  • IOPT whatsapp group for notices
  • Online whatsapp group if you are training online
  • Social Whatsapp Group to interact more with your fitness buddies

Speak to the one of the coaches to be added to these groups and look out for the following weekly features:

  • Supercahrge Sundays: Accountability keeps you on track. Outline your targets for the week and report back, review and evaluate with the support of your Fitness Buddies.
  • Motivation Mondays: Inspirational messages, tips and advice to set you up for a healthy week.
  • Wellness Wednesdays: Tools, tasks and suggestions to ensure you are maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
  • Friendly Fridays: A fun topic of conversation in the social whatsapp group
  • Nourish & Shine Saturdays: Nutrition insights, tips and guidance from Head Coach Ian

Booking System

Sessions can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance to within 24 hours of a session. Contact the coach leading the session for last minute bookings if space in the session. `If you cancel within 24 hours of a session, you will still be charged for this session.

The booking system is provided by B-Sport. You can use the desktop version or download the app from the Apple or Play store. You can book sessions, purchase memberships and get feedback from coaches there too.

Inside Out Support

Transformation sessions and reviews

To make sure you stay on track and hitting your personal targets, book in for your transformation session every six weeks for a Body MOT, review, action planning and goal setting. Bookings for these are made under the “Appointments” section. If you need additional support, the coaches are here to help so do get in contact if needed.

Inside Out Nutrition

We eat around 21 meals a week and with snacks included and hydration a necessity, nailing your nutrition is a key element of your lifestyle transformation.

Inside Out Nutritionist, Coach Ian Henderson will deliver a monthly seminar, Q&A or create a nutritional resource on a monthly basis. Look out for her fortnightly nutrition challenges and recipe suggestions to keep you motivated.

IOPT Exercise and Physical Activity Challenge

Steps in Unity

This 31-Day challenge is all about collective energy. You’ll join the “Stride Tribe” and track your weekly steps and enter them into our shared total — because together, we’re aiming for one big step goal. Whether you’re walking to work, pacing during calls, or taking evening strolls, your steps matter. Every one of us plays a part in our shared success.

Inactivity is detrimental to health. This challenge increases your daily activity and boosts your energy levels and mood with support of your fitness buddies in the Stride Tribe!

Set your target number of steps for Magical May. Report your weekly steps in the whatsapp group and collectively strive towards the Stride Tribe target!

GUIDELINE DAILY STEPS TARGETS:

6000 STEPS: 186,000

8000 STEPS: 248,000

10,000 STEPS: 310,000

12,000 STEPS: 372,000

Post “Stride Tribe” with your target number of steps to join the team.

IOPT Nutrition and Healthy Eating Challenge

September Salad challenge
Just coming out of summer, we still have a good amount of seasonal produce that we can use, along side some year-round staples, to get our fruit and vegetables in more easily.
Working with a buddy in Commitment challenge? Come up with one salad each per week, helping to tick the veggie and protein boxes.
  • Share the recipes between each other, make the salad and post a photo and description/recipe to the social group.
  • Working alone? Still try out that salad idea and post it to the social group!
  • Coach Ian will contribute an idea every week and also post a photo when he makes it. If this doesn’t inspire your own idea, it may at least provide an option for you to try!
  • Commit to one salad idea per week. Make it & Share it!

Join your training buddies and coaches at this socialgathering with your fitness buddies and say goodbye to Coach Marc who is moving to Prague for six months.

Fun Activities Morning with Lunch

Sunday 24th September,  10am – 12.30pm at Carlton
Of course we have to balance the social celebrations with some fitness…
Come along and take part in a selection of fun fitness activities with a few surpises in store too!
After the activities are complete, sit down and enjoy a tasty Tanzanian lunch with your Inside Out Buddies!
