Sessions can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance to within 24 hours of a session. Contact the coach leading the session for last minute bookings if space in the session. `If you cancel within 24 hours of a session, you will still be charged for this session.
The booking system is provided by B-Sport. You can use the desktop version or download the app from the Apple or Play store. You can book sessions, purchase memberships and get feedback from coaches there too.
Transformation sessions and reviews
To make sure you stay on track and hitting your personal targets, book in for your transformation session every six weeks for a Body MOT, review, action planning and goal setting. Bookings for these are made under the “Appointments” section. If you need additional support, the coaches are here to help so do get in contact if needed.
We eat around 21 meals a week and with snacks included and hydration a necessity, nailing your nutrition is a key element of your lifestyle transformation.
Inside Out Nutritionist, Coach Ian Henderson will deliver a monthly seminar, Q&A or create a nutritional resource on a monthly basis. Look out for her fortnightly nutrition challenges and recipe suggestions to keep you motivated.

Inactivity is detrimental to health. This challenge increases your daily activity and boosts your energy levels and mood with support of your fitness buddies in the Stride Tribe!
