Suitable for running newbies and experienced runners, in this one hour session Coach David will conduct a technical and gait analysis of your running and provide you with techniques and tips on how correct so that you can improve performance and protect from injury. You will recieve a report after the session as well as advice on training shoes for your foot type.
The session can take place at the Inside Out training grounds, or if you prefer Coach David will meet you at a more convenient location. You have one month to book the session after purchase.
