Qi Gong with Hin Ho Li

“Qi” means energy and “Gong” means a form of art. The form in this workshop is Ba Duan Jin (八段錦), which is one of the most common forms of Qi Gong. Very similar to Tai Chi, Qi Gong, improves overall health, energy levels, mobility and mental well-being.
The movements are light and gentle and very effective. Highly suitable to those that have long term health conditions or recovering from injury, or anyone that would like to stay active with some great exercises within a friendly group of people.
Hi Ho Li has practiced Chinese Martial Art, Wing Chun, from the age of 17 in Hong Kong. He has over 5 years experience in teaching Qi Gong and is also a qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist.
