Life Coaching with Emma Dempsey

Maybe you have been thinking about making some changes to improve how you live your life.  Is time ticking by and you haven’t yet started? In life, great changes or self-improvement often follow times of trouble when our mind is woken suddenly and we take time to think.  This can happen in our personal lives or our work lives and sometimes it’s hard to separate the two. But what if we could bypass the trouble bit and spend some time thinking about our life right here and now? Coaching enables and facilitates this with transformational results.

Emma has worked in well-being and development for over twenty years, helping to facilitate change in people and communities. Emma is passionate about empowering individuals to create change themselves to live to their true potential.
