Seniors fitness classes for the over 60’s – Tuesdays 10 – 11am. Thursdays 12pm – 1pm
The older we get the more important it is to look after our health and fitness. With regular exercise you can defy the ageing process and ensure you live a free and independent life for as long as possible.
The fun seniors fitness classes are aimed at building strength and fitness whilst improving balance, stability and mobility. Designed to make everyday activities easier.
First class is free. £80 for an eight-week block or £11 drop in thereafter.
