The fun and exciting strength and conditioning sessions give you tailored support from our expert coaches. The inspirational effect of training alongside your fitness buddies and opportunities to chat creates a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere for people of all fitness backgrounds.

 

With 14 weekly sessions on the timetable that can be booked up to four weeks in advance, it will be easy to prioritise your health around your busy lifestyle.

 

We train Inside and Out! The Group PT sessions take place at a fitness studio and private grounds of the Carlton Cricket Club in Grange Loan, with beautiful views of Arthur’s Seat. The perfect escape from hectic city life and a truly inspiring location to achieve your fitness goals!

IN THE ZONE SILENT DISCO BOOTCAMP

Exclusive to Inside Out, the IN THE ZONE sessions consist of a body weight circuit combined with running followed by a pilates-style core strengthening workout.

 

Each person will be wearing headphones so you can immerse yourself in the music and coaching whist conquering the fitness challenges with your fitness buddies. With extra focus you will take your training to the next level, loving the fitness buzz from being IN THE ZONE!

Wednesdays, 6.30 -7.30pm at the Inside Out Winter Wonderland!

Max 12 people. Just £84 for a six-week block.

ONLINE GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING.

If you would prefer to train inside in the comfort of your home, Online Group Personal Training could be the perfect solution. The Inside Out online sessions have a maximum of eight people per session to ensure you get tailored guidance from our expert coaches.
