Shape Up with Siobhan Galliland

A weight management group designed by experts

Stay on track with your nutrition by exploring a different healthy eating topic each week with the support of other group members.

Designed by nutritionists, psychologists and fitness experts, Shape Up is designed to give you the tools to make better food choices. Siobhan takes a non judgemental approach and will tailor each session to the needs of the group and issues you would like to tackle.

Explore a different nutrition topic with the group each week or turn up and get weighed to stay accountable.

Keep Fit for Life with Marc Malone

Seniors fitness classes for the over 60’s – Tuesdays 10 – 11am. Thursdays 12pm – 1pm

The older we get the more important it is to look after our health and fitness. With regular exercise you can defy the ageing process and ensure you live a free and independent life for as long as possible.

The fun seniors fitness classes are aimed at building strength and fitness whilst improving balance, stability and mobility. Designed to make everyday activities easier.

First class is free. £80 for an eight-week block or £11 drop in thereafter.

Pilates with Marc Malone

Mixed ability Pilates Class – Tuesdays, 5.45pm – 6.35pm

Regular Pilates practice can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. This Pilates class is aimed at those with a good fitness base although suitable for those new to Pilates.

First session is free. £57 for six session blocks thereafter.

Marc has been teaching seniors fitness since 2004 and Pilates since 2008 and has helped people with a diverse range of fitness levels, develop deep overall body and core strength, whilst gaining better body awareness.

The Bump Club with Sarah Robertson

Pre and post natal fitness class for mothers and babies. Every Friday, 10.45 – 11.45am.

The Bump Club Mum and Baby classes are relaxed, fun classes where Mum can train and baby can play. The sessions are designed to help you get back to fitness without having to worry about childcare.

The class will include cardio and strength exercises with a focus on returning the core and pelvic floor muscles to full strength.

The lead practitioner at Bump Club is Sarah Robertson. Sarah has been a personal trainer for over 15 years and is well qualified with an undergraduate degree in nutrition and a sports science masters.

Classes run in eight-week blocks – £64 per block or £9 for a drop in class.

Inside Out Running Clinic

Running technique Class. One hour. Held once a month at The Meadows – contact us for details.

With improved running technique you will boost your efficiency, making it easier to run for longer with less effort.

Marc Malone has over 15 years experience in working in fitness and has trained with international track athletes.
