What attracted you to get in touch with IOPT?

The knowledge that there would never be more than 4 in a class, so confident that I would get good attention in class so ensuring I am exercising properly. Technique (so injury prevention ) is very important to me.

What was going on in your life at that time?

I had been injured and was completely out of a regular exercise routine. I had gained weight, lost fitness and confidence.

Had you previously tried anything to improve your health and fitness?

Yes. Used to jog/swim and cycle regularly. Competed in Triathlons.

What has changed in your life since joining IOPT?

My fitness has improved beyond my belief. I make healthier choices much more often than before. I eat more fruit, drink more water and a lot less alcohol. (e.g. at coffee break at work almost without exception I am surrounded by colleague’s eating crisps and biscuits while I eat fruit. I would have eaten the crisps and biscuits with them before)

What are the coaches like?

Marc is quite simply one of the most amazing people I’ve met. His gently encouraging positive manner and attitude is infectious. He is approachable and friendly making it easy to seek his support and advice.

What are the training sessions like!?

The training sessions are varied and challenging, Oh and fun!! Sort of 🙂
I enjoy being able to train outside. It is great having the indoor and outdoor option.

What is the best thing about IOPT?

The wide support from the team. Trainers and trainees alike. Small numbers.

What would you say to anyone thinking about coming for a Free Transformation Session with IOPT?

You would be mad not to try it . You won’t get better fitness and health advice anywhere else.
