What attracted you to get in touch with IOPT? 

Had been looking for a while and this seemed to offer fitness rather than weight loss which was important

What was going on in your life at that time?

I was very unhappy with my body and I had stopped going out socialising as I was embarrassed

Had you previously tried anything to improve your health and fitness? 

On my own but never seriously fitness wise

What has changed in your life since joining IOPT?

I am now able to train my football team again, referee the matches and run a 5k every week but most importantly I have regained my self esteem and confidence

What are the coaches like?

Rachel and Marc are very different but both have ability to push you to your limits while ensuring you don’t overdo it

What are the training sessions like!?

Best thing is they are all different

Different intensities, different structures so always interesting

What is the best thing about IOPT? 

Meeting other people who have the same challenges as you and watching their progress too supporting each other
