With your determination and commitment and the guidance, support and encouragement from the coaches, you will be able to live a healthier, happier life. Here is some information about your membership.
Support & Accountability
Goal Setting and Reviews
Arrange your goal setting session with measurements with Coach Marc at the start of the programme. Review sessions every six weeks is included in your membership. It is your responsibility to book your reviews.
If you are struggling with anything or need additional support, speak to Marc.
Peer support from others is one of the best things about group personal training sessions and being part of the Inside Out Community. Keep in contact with your fellow members and keep up to date on programme developments.
Ask one of the Coaches to add you to the Inside Out Whatsapp group
Each month, Coach Marc will award a gold star to a member that has put in extraordinary effort, been disciplined in their well-being habits, or excelled in fitness sessions. Could you be the next Inside Out Gold Star?
Every fortnight a nutrition challenge will be issued to inspire you to take control of your nutrition and stay on the healthy track.
Recipes of the fortnight
Each fortnight 3 healthy, nutritious and balanced recipes from the Inside Out Recipe Book. Try these out to keep healthier eating fun and varied.
Contact the Inside Out Nutritionist, Dr Laura Wyness if you have any questions or need advice via the Whatsapp Group or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Laura will also deliver a monthly Q&A online.
Small Group PT sessions
You can book your training sessions at mindbodyonline or by downloading the Mindbody app. You will receive and email with your login details and instructions on how to book too. Sessions are allocated on a first-come first-served basis and can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance.
If you late-cancel a session within 24 hours, you automatically lose that session. If you cancel the session early, you maybe able to reschedule to another slot that week if there is space on the timetable.
If you have holidays booked and let us know in advance, we will be able to pause your membership so that you don’t miss out on any sessions in advance. Please let Marc know of any planned holidays as soon as you can: email@example.com
Run towards your goals!
There are a range of free monthly running sessions to keep your physical activity levels high, supplement your body conditioning PT sessions, and become a better runner.
Inside Out Runners Clinic with Marc
Improve your running technique to boost your efficiency, making it easier to run for longer and quicker. All levels of ability welcome. Usually taking place at The Meadows on the last Wednesday of the month at 6.30pm.
