2. A simple and realistic approach
We understand that you have busy lives so keep our approach to health improvement simple but effective. Our booking system is simple to use so you can book sessions in advance to stay committed.
3. Sessions on your doorstep
The 35 minute Group Personal Training sessions take place at the George Street offices, in the wellbeing room. Take part in your exercise before work, at lunchtime or even after work.
4. Wellbeing Support Package
Alongside the exciting training sessions and regular reviews with your Coach your membership also includes access to nutrition support and fun challenges to keep you motivated.
5. All levels of fitness welcome
Our expert coaches will ensure you are performing correctly and tailor exercises to your fitness level. If you haven’t exercised in a while or are training for sporting events, we will provide fun, body-shaping workouts that get results.

With a Group Personal Training membership at Aberdeen Standard you will have quick and effective fitness sessions on your doorstep making it easy to to stay motivated to train.
Inside Out PT will equip you with the tools to improve your lifestyle, helping you to achieve your goals. You can choose from six sessions each week, booking up to four weeks in advance using a mobile app, making it easy to plan ahead.
Our expert coaches will make sure you are exercising correctly and tailor sessions to your needs. Whether you are new to exercise or a fitness pro, our team can help you!
